Recharge Information

With the establishment of the Chart of Accounts (COA), we will no longer request your billing information upfront. By submitting this form, your program or the individual PI agrees to pay the application fee, regardless of the outcome.

At the time of billing, our office will provide a spreadsheet of all applications you will be billed for that period and request the COA to process the recharge with Accounting. Accounting is retrofitting the billing process, so the earliest we anticipate billing programs is late September or October.
