    The name fields below will be read-only on your graduate application. Once you create your identity, you may ONLY update those fields by contacting the UCR Graduate Admissions Office.

    The application and campus systems will use these fields as your Lived name. You will also have the option to provide a Legal name within your graduate application. For more information about the different name options, please visit the UCR Registrar's website.
